14. How do I remove unwanted inventory from FBW warehouses?
For a variable fee, you can have inventory disposed of or have it transferred to another location of your choice within the U.S. or European countries of your choice.
Please note that following up on an announcement sent in January 2021, we are transferring all merchant inventory in FBW-US-LAX and FBW-US-ORD warehouses to FBW-US-PLG warehouse. Merchants with inventory in FBW-US-LAX and FBW-US-ORD do not need to take any actions, as all existing inventory in both US warehouses will be transferred to the new FBW-US-PLG warehouse at no additional cost.
However, as a result of this transition, we temporarily disabled the option to create “Remove Inventory” requests to all FBW US warehouses.
