2. 运费按每个订单 $16.59 + $3.41/kg 计算，所以费用为：$16.59 + $102.30 = $118.89

3. 库存合并费 + 运费合计为：$16.32 + $118.89 = $135.21

请注意，上述费用不包括清关费和 VAT/关税。在此过程中，商户需向相关部门提供其 VAT/EORI 号。

2. Shipping fee is $16.59 per order + $3.41 per kg, resulting in $16.59 + $102.30 = $118.89

3. Total cost of inventory consolidation fee + shipping fee is $16.32 + $118.89 =  $135.21 

Please note that the costs outlined above do not include customs clearance and VAT/duties. Merchants will need to provide their VAT/EORI number to applicable authorities as part of this process.
