关于刷单刷评这件事,很多卖家要么没有意识到其对账号安全的严重性,要么抱着投机心理想侥幸不被查到,所以虽然亚马逊推出了很严厉的整顿措施,删除一些虚假评价,刷评之风依然是屡禁不止暗潮涌动。但有句话说,出来混,终究是要还的。在大家评估的刷评被发现删除虚假评价之外,平台在对惩罚措施升级,刷评有可能直接导致账号受限。比如下面这封邮件,就是一个卖家收到的亚马逊的暂停销售权限的通知。

Hello,

We are contacting you due to recent, routine monitoring of your account activity. We regret to inform you that your selling privileges have been temporarily removed and you are currently no longer able to sell on Amazon. This is due to unusual activity related to the Misuse of Sales Rank section of our Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions policy and in accordance with your Seller Agreement.

If you wish to request reinstatement of your selling privileges, please thoroughly review the policy and see how to Appeal the Removal of Selling Privileges through the creation and submission of a Plan of Action on Seller Central.

After receiving your appeal, we'll notify you of our decision by e-mail,usually within 48 hours. We review all appeals carefully; however, submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement of your selling privileges. 相信很多卖家都曾经收到过亚马逊卖家绩效团队的邮件通知,而最让人揪心的就是销售权限被移除,对于这类通知,有些是可以写行动计划(Action Plan)申诉的,有些是不接受申诉的。

当你读到通知的时候,自己心里就应该有个大概的结论,然后再针对性的采取措施,典型的不可申诉的情况包括邮件中有直接说明不接受申诉也不再对申诉做出回复的语句,还有一种情况是,邮件里面有写到,账号里的款项将在90天后释放的语句,这种状况,申诉解限的几率非常渺茫。

但上面这封邮件显然不是这种情况,邮件中提到,销售权限的移除是暂时的(your selling privileges have been temporarily removed),同时还特意的有一段强调了绩效团队将如何处理你的申诉邮件,邮件内容说得很详细,导向其实也很明确,就是希望卖家能够认清违规的实施,做出有效的整改措施,亚马逊绩效团队将根据你的改善计划,给以恢复销售权限。

所以,通篇邮件汇总成一句话:你写一封好的针对性强的保证书,我给你一次机会。

我也就账号受限原因向卖家求证过,原因就是,一个新店铺,对于新的Listing,卖家习惯性的以高折扣率的方式找十个左右的写手写Review,Review是有了,也被平台给抓住了。可能相比较很多大卖家的刷评数量来说,这个店铺所刷的数量确实不算什么,可是在这个店铺自身的体量来看,显然是有点过了。

关于这封邮件以及所有涉及到恢复销售权限的邮件的的申诉,我的建议就是邮件一定要详细真诚,内容针对性强,在邮件开头一段对自己账号所面临的问题做简单的说明,说明发生这种情况的原因并表示抱歉。然后,从第二段开始,大概用三点内容来对自己以后的行动计划做较详细的说明,改善计划不要太多,也不要和前边发生的问题点不相干的胡乱写,三点整改计划要层层相扣,每个计划点的内容也不要太长,一般以三行文字左右即可,简单清晰的做出说明,既要说到点子上,又要避免内容太多而让审核的人不愿意往下读。

当然,通篇邮件,真诚的语句是必须的。既然要表达真诚,模板显然就有点失效了,试想,假设一个亚马逊绩效团队的成员连续读到三次同样的邮件,你觉得给你账号解限的可能性会有多大呢?
