RTS理论上来讲,不可以修改地址. 但如果商家还没真正发货, 可以发工单,把与买家沟通的订单对话截图放附件里,由平台取消,买家用正确的地址重新下单 如果已经RTS,并且已经发货,请告知买家订单地址无法更改 |

为什么我的订单一直在RTS呢? |
请检查订单状态 因为订单在买家视角时, RTS确实停留的时间比较长,卖家可以根据包裹是否入分拣仓来回复卖家. 如果订单已经入库, 一般需要7-14天派送给买家(海运除外),如果卖家遇到库存问题, 请跟买家沟通是否取消订单, 等有货了再重新下单 |
