第1步：转到卖方中心>发货单>下载文档

第2步：打开文档，同时复制“跟踪编号”和“订单ID”

第3步：创建一个新的Excel，并使用以下模板填写复制的“跟踪号”和“订单ID”。

同样重要的是，要与双方（卖方和驾驶员）一起填写清单，并让取货司机承认该清单作为证据，因为这将在3PL合作伙伴丢失包裹或延迟提货时提供保证。

What should you prepare when passing the parcels to 3PL?

In the midst of a peak period among our 3PL partners, it is advisable to prepare your own manifest which clearly lists the tracking numbers & total volume of parcels picked up by the relevant logistic channel.

All you need to do is to prepare your parcels with all the relevant documents including consignment note or a manifest.

Firstly, you will need to prepare a printer to print out the airway bill generated from Shopee Seller Centre. After that, pack your parcel securely & attach the printed airway bill. You may refer to our Order packing guidelines for more information.

You may use your packlist to help prepare a manifest:

Step 1: Go to Seller Centre > Ship Orders > Download Documents

Step 2: Open the document, copy both the "Tracking Number" & "Order ID”

Step 3: Create a new Excel & fill in the copied "Tracking Number" & "Order ID" with the template below.

It is also important to fill up the manifest with both parties (Seller & Driver) and get the pickup driver to acknowledge the manifest as proof as this will be served as an assurance in the event of lost parcels or late pickup by 3PL partners.
