Mass arranging shipment with Shopee Supported Logistics partners
Arranging shipment with Shopee Supported Logistics lets you keep track of your orders easily.
1. To begin, Select orders that you wish to Arrange Mass Shipment for via the Mass Ship page.
2. Select Mass Arrange Dropoff or Mass Arrange Pickup (depending on the logistics partner selected).
Tip You can filter the orders using options in the Sort By dropdown menu.
To prioritise urgent orders, sort orders based on Ship-by-Date (Old to New). Shipping out urgent orders first prevents late shipment, so that you do not incur penalty points.
For Mass Arrange Pickup, schedule the pickup Date and Time for the selected orders, provide a Pickup Address, and Confirm the pickup.
For Mass Arrange Dropoff, simply Confirm drop-off.
3. A pop-up window will show you the Status of the mass shipment. Tracking number for the orders will be automatically generated by the system.
4. To arrange another mass shipment, Collapse the pop-up window and start selecting other orders to be processed.
5. The Arrange Shipment Tasks function lets you view your current mass shipment tasks. For each mass shipment task, you can:
Check the Detail of all orders
Download the shipping labels required
