亚马逊物流“订购省”条款和条件

这些条款和条件是对《亚马逊服务商业解决方案协议》的补充，对您参与亚马逊物流“订购省”计划（以下简称“该计划”）有规范约束作用。

1.卖家资格

您必须满足计划帮助页面中所述的资格要求，才能参与该计划。

2.商品的注册、供应和退出

(a) 如果您的商品符合要求，亚马逊可能但不一定会在该计划中注册您的商品。您或亚马逊可以随时取消在该计划中注册您的商品。

(b) 只有符合计划帮助页面中说明的资格要求的商品才能注册加入该计划。

(c) 您将使用亚马逊物流服务配送您参与该计划的所有商品的订单。

(d) 如果您通过该计划销售商品，您还要在亚马逊上向不使用“订购省”计划的买家销售相同的商品。

3.买家折扣和定价

(a) 您同意除亚马逊按照计划帮助页面中说明的金额提供的折扣外，另外为订购该计划中商品的买家提供额外折扣。对于通过该计划销售的任何商品，亚马逊可能选择为买家提供额外的折扣。这些折扣将在下单时应用到您的商品价格。

(b) 您可以将与其他亚马逊计划（例如 Amazon Family）相关的折扣和您对商品提供的促销折扣相结合。这些折扣将添加到您每款商品适用的计划折扣中。

4.订单配送和取消

亚马逊可以酌情将买家的“订购省”商品订单分配给一个或多个卖家。参与该计划不能保证您一定会收到“订购省”订单。买家可以随时取消订阅“订购省”计划。

FBA Subscribe & Save Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions supplement the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement and govern your participation in the FBA Subscribe & Save program (the "Program").

1. Seller eligibility

You must meet the eligibility requirements described in the Program Help page to participate in the Program.

2. Product enrollment, availability, and withdrawal

(a) Amazon may, but is not obligated to, enroll Your Products in the Program if they are eligible. Either You or Amazon may cancel the enrollment of Your Products in the Program at any time.

(b) Only products that meet the eligibility requirements in the Program Help page may be enrolled in the Program.

(c) You will fulfill all orders for Your Products through the Program using the Fulfillment by Amazon Service.

(d) If you offer a product through the Program, you will also offer that product on Amazon to customers who do not use Subscribe & Save.

3. Customer discounts and pricing

(a) You agree to fund any additional discount for customer subscriptions on products offered in the Program beyond any discounts provided by Amazon by the amount in the Program Help page. Amazon may choose to offer customers an additional discount on any product offered through the Program. These discounts will be applied to the price of Your Product at the time of the order.

(b) You may combine discounts associated with other Amazon programs (for example, Amazon Family) and promotional discounts you offer on Your Products. These discounts will be added to the applicable Program discount for each of Your Products.

4. Order fulfillment and cancellation

Customer orders for Subscribe & Save products may be allocated at Amazon's discretion to one or more sellers. Your participation in the Program does not guarantee that any Subscribe & Save order will be placed with you. Customers may cancel Subscribe & Save subscriptions at any time.
