什么是聊天广播?

聊天广播是卖方中心的一个功能，它允许卖方广播代金券给一组买家通过商店聊天:

• 根据您想要的标准，过滤之前在您的店铺购买过的客户

• 集体过滤买家

What is Chat Broadcast?

Chat Broadcast is a feature in Seller Centre which allows sellers to broadcast vouchers to a group of buyers via Shopee chat:

•  Filter buyers who purchased from your shop before, based on your desired criteria

•  Group filtered buyers

• Send vouchers with messages to selected buyer group

Targeting specific buyers with promotions is an efficient way to reward buyers or increase item views and orders.
