Mall return/refund policy
All buyers are entitled to a 15-day return policy when they purchase a mall product. The 15-day period starts from the time of the first attempted delivery to the buyer.

Shopee Mall's return/refund process
Mall returns are automatically allowed to ship back to the Shopee warehouse. Shopee will conduct a quality evaluation upon receiving the returned product.
You will be notified of the outcome via in-app notification and email. For parcels which passed the quality check, Shopee will arrange for the return of parcels on a weekly basis at no extra cost to you.
