在以下两种情况下，Shopee将自动取消订单并退款给买方： 

1. 订单发货未按发货期限安排

2. 订单发货是按照发货截止日期安排的，但是在发货截止日期后2天，订单不会下达或提货。

Understanding Auto Cancellation

Shopee will automatically cancel an order and refund the buyer in these two circumstances: 

1. Order shipment is not arranged by shipping deadline

2. Order shipment is arranged by shipping deadline but order is not dropped off nor picked up 2 days after shipping deadline.
