Seller Fulfilled Prime trial defects report

Seller Fulfilled Prime trial defects report identifies the Prime trial orders that missed any of the fulfillment performance requirements for the Prime trial. To download a new report or one of your past reports, visit Seller Central, and click the link listed in the Prime trial performance section. The report will take some time to prepare. Once it’s ready, a notification to download will pop up.

The trial defects report includes:

Order date

The date and exact time when you received the order.

Order ID

The unique ID of the order.

“Ship from” zip code

The zip code from which you shipped the order. This will help you differentiate between different warehouses, if you have more than one.

"Ship to" zip code

The zip code of the customer address.

Promised ship date

The date the order was promised to be shipped.

Actual ship date

The date and time you confirmed shipment of the order.

Note: Shipping confirmation happens automatically once the ship label is purchased from Buy Shipping Services.

Carrier first scan

The date and time when the carrier scanned the package for the first time.

Promised delivery date

The date on which the customer was promised delivery.

Actual delivery date

The date and time of the first delivery attempt the carrier made.

Note: Amazon considers the order to be delivered on-time if the first delivery attempt was made before or on the promised delivery date.

Ship option

The ship option that the customer selected on checkout.

Carrier name

The name of the carrier you selected to ship the order.

Ship method

The carrier’s ship method you selected to deliver the order.

Tracking ID

The tracking ID of the shipment as provided by the carrier.

Order canceled by Seller?

This column indicates whether or not the order was canceled by the Seller. The values in this column will be Yes, if the order was canceled by the Seller, and No, if otherwise.

Used Buy Shipping Services?

This column indicates whether the shipping label was bought from Buy Shipping Services. The values in this column will be Yes, if the shipping label was bought from Buy Shipping Services, and No, if otherwise.

Shipped on time?

This column indicates whether the package was shipped on or before the promised shipped date. The values in this column will be Yes, if the package was shipped on or before the promised shipped date, and No, if otherwise.

Note: Orders are considered shipped when the carrier first scans the shipment, and not when the seller confirms shipment of the order. We take into consideration that carriers might first scan the packages several hours after they are picked up.
