Shopee保证是一项功能，Shopee可以通过此功能暂时向卖方持有代管款项，以确保在将代管金释放给卖方之前成功完成订单。
Shopee保证期是根据卖方的[发货天数]和[预计交货时间]计算的，从买方付款确认时间开始。
2¹（发货天数）+ 7²（预计交货时间）+ 5³（买方确认时间）= 14天
¹发货天数-卖方根据准备发货所需的工作天数来确定（非预订天数为2天/预订天数为7-30天）
²预计交货时间–基于Shopee第三方物流的平均交货时间（基于物流提供商的平均交货时间）
³买家确认时间-从订单交付日期开始（买家收到包裹）
对于已发货的订单：
买方需要确认他们在Shopee担保期内已收到订单或要求退款，否则付款将在该期限结束时自动释放给卖方。
对于尚未发货的订单：
卖方需要确保在Shopee保证期内已将订单发货，否则该订单将自动取消，并且付款将在该期限结束时退还给买方。
如果买家尚未收到他们的产品，则可以将Shopee保证期限延长一次，为期3天。为此，请在“订单详细信息”页面上点击“扩展购物者保证”。

What is Shopee Guarantee?
Shopee Guarantee is a feature whereby Shopee hold escrow payment to sellers temporarily to ensure the orders is successfully fulfilled before escrow released to the seller.
Shopee Guarantee Period is calculated based on seller's [Days To Ship] and [Estimated Delivery Time], starting from buyer payment confirmation time.
2 ¹(Days to Ship) + 7 ²(Estimated Delivery Time) + 5 ³(Buyer Confirmation Time) = 14 days
¹ Days to Ship – Determined by Seller based on the number of working days it takes to prepare for delivery (2 days for non-pre-order / 7 - 30 days for pre-order)
² Estimated Delivery Time – Based on average delivery time by Shopee's 3rd party logistic (Based on the average delivery time of the logistic provider)
³ Buyer Confirmation Time- Start from order delivered date (Buyer received parcel)
For an order which has been shipped:
Buyers will need to confirm they had received order or request for refund within the Shopee Guarantee period, otherwise the payment will be automatically released to the Seller at the end of the period.
For an order which has NOT been shipped:
Sellers need to ensure that they have shipped the order out within the Shopee Guarantee period otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled and payment will be refunded back to the Buyer at the end of the period.
Buyers are allowed a one-time 3-day extension of the Shopee Guarantee period if they have yet to receive their products. To do so, tap on "Extend Shopee Guarantee" in the Order Details page.
How does asking buyer to "Extend Shopee Guarantee" help sellers?
For order(s) which has not been shipped - It gives seller 3 more days to prepare the order (prevent order from being cancelled automatically by Shopee)
For order(s) which has been shipped - it gives buyer 3 more days to receive the order (in the event of slow delivery or investigation of lost parcel)
2 (Days to Ship) + *7 (Estimated Delivery Time) + 5 (Buyer Confirmation Time ) = 14 days + 3 (Extension of Shopee Guarantee) = 17 days
