保险条款在不同的贸易方式下，其适用范围、保险险别都有所差异。因此，在贸易中需要根据贸易方式采用相应的拟写方法。

(1)CIF、CIP合同中的保险条款

CIF、CIP合同中保险条款一般可订为：

由要方接发票金额的×××%投保x×段和声，以中国人民保题小司于1981年1月1日定的有关海洋运输货物保险条款为准。”

( Insuranoe is to be covered by the Selers tor for invoice value against x x and xx as per Ocean Marine Cargo Clauses of The People Insurance Company of China dated 1981.1.1.

(2)FOB、CFR合同中的保险条款

在FOB或CFR合同下，如果买方委托卖方代办保险，由买方负担保险费时，可订为：

“由买方委托卖方按CIF发票金额的×××%代为投保海洋运输险，按1982年1月1日协会货物条款(A)负责，保险费由买方负担。”
