优先配送选项缺陷报告会列出未达到任何优先配送选项配送绩效要求(包括准时送达率、配送前取消率和有效追踪使用率)的订单。要下载新报告,请访问卖家平台中的“绩效”选项卡,点击“账户状况”,然后转至“资格条件”子选项卡,点击“优先配送资格”部分中的“缺陷报告”。

Two-Day Shipping eligibility revocation

If you offer Two-Day Shipping as one of your shipping options, you must continue to meet all of the eligibility requirements.

If your performance metrics fall below the established thresholds, your eligibility may be revoked. Two-Day Shipping will be disabled on your offers, and your status will change to Not eligible on the Premium Shipping Eligibility tool. You will be unable to offer Two-Day Shipping as a shipping option for a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 30 days.

There are various reasons your status might show Not eligible in the tool. Please visit Requirements for Two-Day Shipping for more information.

If your eligibility to offer Two-Day Shipping has previously been revoked and you continue to fail to meet the requirements for Two-Day Shipping for a trailing 90 days, you may be removed from Premium Shipping options until you provide us with a plan of action to improve your performance. In such a case your status will change to Restricted in the Premium Shipping Eligibility tool.
