订单完成后，所有收入都将记入您的卖方钱包。然后，您可以自动或手动将信用额提取到您的银行帐户中。

当发生以下任一事件时，您的销售收入将在2-3个工作日内存入您的卖家钱包： 

1. 买家确认已收到订单

2. Shopee保证期结束

注意：Shopee保证功能是Shopee暂时保留代管付款的功能，以确保在将订单下达给卖方之前成功完成订单。

在退款的情况下，这笔钱将记入买方的ShopeePay中。该金额将从您的托管额中扣除。

About Shopee’s payment process

After the completion of an order, all earnings will be credited to your Seller Wallet. You can then withdraw the credits to your bank account automatically or manually.

Money from your sales will be credited to your Seller Wallet within 2 to 3 working days when either event occurs: 

1. Buyer confirms order has been received

2. Shopee Guarantee Period ends

Note：Shopee Guarantee is a feature where Shopee holds the escrow payment temporarily to ensure the orders are successfully fulfilled, before releasing it to sellers.

In cases of refunds, the money will be credited into the buyer's ShopeePay. This amount will be deducted from your escrow amount.
